7. Children’s Privacy
Daymark Health provides healthcare services to patients of all ages, but the website and online services target parents, guardians, and adult patients.
Per COPPA requirements, the company does not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13 without verified parental consent through the website.
When providing services to minors under 13, Daymark Health collects and maintains PHI in compliance with HIPAA and applicable healthcare privacy laws, with parental or guardian authorization. All online interactions, scheduling, and account management for minors must be conducted by parents or legal guardians.
If the company learns it collected Personal Information from a child under 13 without consent, it will delete the information promptly. Daymark Health reserves the right to verify age at any stage.
8. Information Security
Daymark Health employs technical and organizational safeguards for Personal Information. However, no transmission method or storage system is absolutely secure. Users acknowledge transmission occurs “at your own risk” and assume responsibility for password and access feature protection.

Daymark Health reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy to reflect legal changes, updated data practices, Service features, or technological advances. The revised policy will be accessible through the Services.
