Our mission
Most cancer care happens outside of appointments — in the hours and days between visits when symptoms change, questions come up, and patients are often left to figure things out on their own. Like our namesake — the daymark, a beacon of guidance to sailors at sea — Daymark is a steady guide, providing continuous, cancer-specific care in the home and virtually. The result is a more coordinated experience for patients, better visibility and support for providers, and a model that aligns incentives across the healthcare ecosystem.
